From Dhap, you can either stay overnight or, if time and energy allow, hike 2– 3 hours to Jhapre (2820 m), a Sherpa village with monasteries and fine views of Numbur Himal. Overnight in Dhap or Jhapre.

Wake up before dawn and hike 1.5 hours to the summit of Pikey Peak (4065 m). On a clear morning, the sunrise reveals 7 of the world’s 14 highest peaks including Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Kanchenjunga. After enjoying the views, descend to Jasmane Bhanjyang (3520 m, 5–6 hrs trek in total).Overnight in Jasmane Bhanjyang.

if bad weather blocked the view on Day 3, you may retry the Pikey Peak summit early this morning from Jasmane. After the retry (or if not needed), return to Jasmane for breakfast. From there, descend through forests and Sherpa villages until you reach Junbesi (2700 m, 6–7 hrs). Overnight in Junbesi.

Spend time exploring the monastery and its cultural atmosphere. Optionally, extend the hike (1 hr) to Pungmoche Monastery, a peaceful site surrounded by forest.
